Help XR Cymru Rebels access our funds to pay for printing, transport, craft materials, volunteer costs and everything else that keeps our Rebellion going. And help run our Fundraisers to create those funds. In order to make funding decisions, our Finance and Funraising (F&F) Team requires 3 members, and it only has 2 right now, so your involvement is essential to enable it to make decisions. You would work with our friendly Internal and External co-ordinators to ensure that our finances are dealt with in a transparent and accountable fashion. The tasks you would help with are: * Ensuring meetings are arranged. (i.e. that the Zoom is started!) * Ensuring minutes are taken (a task which can be circulated round the group) and editing the group records as required. * Keeping an eye on our communication channels, including the group email inbox, and passing important information back to the group. * Acting as a second to the Internal Coordinator as required * Acting as a joint-signatory of the XR Cymru bank account and associated tasks. * Claiming XR Cymru's monthly funding from Compassionate Revolution. * Managing information flow within the team as needed. * Managing our Chuffed and card reader fund-raising accounts. * Maintaining and updating digital forms that Cymru Rebels use to claim expenses.
