The XRUK website is an essential way that people find and connect with us.
You would be working with the existing team coordinators with the aim of taking a more active role in leading the team as you became more familiar with our work.
The role will ultimately involve:
- leading the team managing the content and direction of the XRUK website (likely sharing the role with one other person)
- responding to website content requests in Mattermost website reception and website email inbox
- reaching out to teams for content and ensuring webpages are up to date
- arranging the agenda for the weekly meeting
- having a working knowledge of the code base in order to support the developers in their work
- making sure that hosting payments are up to date (though most are automated)
- checking that the website auto backups are happening correctly
