UK Action Circle is looking for an Administrator! This is a key part of the UK Actions coordination team. Role Purpose: Formal, up-to-date records accessible to all team members and good organisation within the team. Role Accountabilities (these can adapt depending on the capacity and skills of the candidate) - Scheduling the team meetings, and sharing the meeting details with all team members, giving plenty of notice. - Capturing and sharing the outputs of the team meetings as appropriate, i.e. decisions, project/role updates, and Action Points. Includes taking minutes in the meetings. - Updating the Hub with agreed changes to teams, roles, and policies. - Support the other AC coordinators as part of the coordination team. - Assisting with creating agendas for the meetings. - Monitoring the email account and replying to or forwarding emails to the relevant rebels. The UK Action Circle is responsible for formulating and implementing the UK actions strategy, in line with the UK movement strategy. The Circle exists to empower, support and equip rebels everywhere to carry out actions in a decentralised manner. Action Circle receives proposals for UK-wide actions from the movement and supports them with networking and resources. In times of UK mass mobilisations such as Rebellions or The Big One, Action Circle holds and weaves together the overall planning.
