Action Wellbeing Coordinators | Love & Rage

Love & Rage is coming up! 12-14 September 2026 in London

Join the Love & Rage coordinators. We are a vibrant, determined, supportive and collaborative team dedicated to making actions accessible for everyone. Making our Actions inclusive to ALL Rebels is of key importance to us.

We're looking for Action Wellbeing Coordinators to build and coordinate a crew for the Love & Rage weekend.

The role can be shared between two or more people, reducing the time commitment necessary.

At XR actions, the Action Wellbeing team is a caring, supportive group dedicated to keeping our rebels safe, warm, and loved.

Support the physical and emotional wellbeing of everyone involved in XR actions. Whether it's providing water, hand warmers, and snacks (chocolate!), or offering accessibility support, we are here for everyone.

Rebels come to the Action Wellbeing crew for all sorts of things: information on the nearest toilets, rain protection, a friendly conversation, blankets and pillows, warm tea, songs and chants, and support during arrests. We are there to respond to rebels' needs on the ground with a listening ear and a friendly smile.

Tasks include:

  • Coordinating the provision of water, snacks (chocolate!), and warmth essentials.
  • Providing accessibility support and ensuring everyone feels included.
  • Offering a listening ear and emotional support to rebels in need.
  • Managing logistics for items like blankets, pillows, and warm tea.
  • Supporting rebels during arrests and other high-stress moments.
  • Coordinating volunteers both remotely and in-person at the event.

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication and strong organisational skills.
  • A caring, supportive "people person" attitude.
  • The ability to coordinate volunteers remotely and on-site.
  • A warm, friendly smile and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

This is an in-person role where you will be the first point of contact for rebels needing support. If you love chocolate, tea, and making people feel safe, we want to hear from you!
