Essential Skills:Comfortable with various IT tools
Desired Skills:Knowledge of XRUK Action related teams
Accessibility considerations:Closed captions enabled on all zoom calls

To monitor the carousel email, crypt pad form and google support request form To ensure all requests are logged in the support request system (by transcribing them as necessary) Triage support requests Fix agenda for Carousel meeting, prepare documentation on requests For those that need to present at Carousel, contact requestor and arrange for attendance Maintain status in support request system, including decisions Ensure teams impacted are made aware of requests (automatic in most cases) Ensure decisions are communicated to requestors promptly Estimated time commitment 1hr/week at your own choosing on admin, 2hrs for Carousel meeting Elections to be held 26th May
