We work with groups across XRUK and the wider movement to get curious about the community building tools we are using and find creative new ways to play with them.
We will be using the principles of Curiosity, Connection at the speed of trust, and Action on shared points of caring to meet groups where they are and collaborate in ways that are meaningful to them.
Our work is in three parts:
- Towards XRUK where we will build confidence in what circles already do to create our vibrant community and get inventive on how we can use these tools with more finesse and intention.
- Local Group Pilot Project, where we will work with a few local groups in varying situations to trial methods of community mapping as a new tool to focus out community building work in local areas.
- Towards the Grassroots, where we will provide support and resources when asked for to Local and Community Groups and collate success stories so we can see and celebrate what we do so well.
