Encouraging creative action design and contributions to XR Cymru while collaborating with other working groups to create visually cohesive and powerful actions, both locally and UK-wide.

Responsibilities:

• Connect Local Arts rebels within Wales, via group chat and regular Zoom meeting.
• Connect with the Cymru Creatives team to plan meetings and share tasks.
• Holding a log of supplies and resources within Wales so Local Groups can access visual aids for events eg. placards, banner, larger pieces of art etc.
• Help Local Arts Working Groups to set up across Wales.
• During the Rebellions, coordinate the movement of arts assets and help facilitate creative actions.

XR CREATIVES oversee:

• The look and feel of the movement and actions.
• Creating visually impactful, communicative and powerful actions.
• Inspiring creative response to the crises we face and facilitate others in this ongoing work, towards mass inclusion for the cultural basis of revolution.
• Engaging and connecting artists and creative people.
• Working with the action group to integrate art into non-violent direct action.

Annog dylunio gweithredu creadigol a chyfraniadau i XR Cymru tra’n cydweithio â gweithgorau eraill i greu gweithredoedd pwerus a chydlynol yn weledol, yn lleol ac ar draws y DU. Cyfrifoldebau: Cysylltu gwrthryfelwyr Celfyddydau Lleol / Local Arts o fewn Cymru, trwy sgwrs grŵp a chyfarfod Zoom rheolaidd. Cysylltu â thîm Cymru Creatives i gynllunio cyfarfodydd a rhannu tasgau. Cadw log o gyflenwadau ac adnoddau yng Nghymru fel y gall Grwpiau Lleol gael mynediad i gymhorthion gweledol ar gyfer digwyddiadau ee. placardiau, baner, darnau mwy o gelf ac ati. Helpu Gweithgorau Celfyddydau Lleol i sefydlu ledled Cymru. Yn ystod y Gwrthryfeloedd, cydlynu symudiad asedau celfyddydol a helpu i hwyluso gweithredoedd creadigol.
