Meeting Time:Digtial Coordinators - Mondays 12:00-13:00
Wider circle - Wednesdays 10:00-12:00
Meeting Format:Conference call
Meeting Schedule: Attend group meetings but other hours flexible, role can be shared
Essential Skills:Good all round IT experience
Verbal and written communication
Desired Skills:Agile development
Project management

Knowledge of XR’s Principles and Values
Experience in an XR circle or team
Accessibility considerations: If you're hard of hearing (closed captions can be used during meetings) or visually impaired, then the online meeting aspect may be a barrier. You would need to be able to use a computer/keyboard.

This role can be shared

XRUK Digital supports and develops our software, platforms and security and data protection. It keeps up with developments in technology and responds to and supports requests for new functionality.

The External Coordinator role supports the team by:

- Representing this team within meetings of the wider circle or finding another member of this circle who can represent the team.
- Reporting on the health of this team to the wider circle, covering the work and effectiveness of this team in meeting its mandate.
- Resolving tensions that can’t be resolved in this team by taking them to the wider circle.
- Managing information flow between this team and other teams (not sub-circles) where this is not being done by link roles.

Implementing, through the collective decision of its subcircles, tactical plans to execute XRUK Strategy. Supporting its subcircles to fulfill their mandates and tactical plans through individual subcircle and build cross-circle projects. Supporting its subcircles in the decentralisation of its teams where possible.
