Meeting Format:Conference call
Meeting Schedule: Flexible except for team meetings
Essential Skills:Self motivated
Verbal and written communication
Experience of working in an IT environment
Desired Skills:Experience in an XR UK team
Accessibility considerations: If you're hard of hearing (closed captions can be used during meetings) or visually impaired, then the online meeting aspect may be a barrier. You would need to be able to use a computer/keyboard.

This role can be shared

The Digital Discussions Applications Team [DDAT] supports the Hub, UK Cloud and UK Forums. It develops the Hub which holds data on XRUK's groups and role-holders. The team is friendly and welcoming and consists of coders, developers, designers, content writers, tech trainers and technical services managers. Full training and support will be provided.

The External Coordinator role upholds the team by representing its work and health within meetings of the wider Digital circle.
