This role will be supported by the current team Facilitator.
The XRUK Movement Pathway is a small team which looks after 4 well-established, enthusiastic and committed sub-teams/projects (Volunteer Website, Foundation Programme, Integrator Training and Recruitment Support). These circles are focused on growing the movement by providing support, training and resources for new joiners and rebels looking to find their happy place in XR.
As you can imagine, Movement Pathway is integral to the success of XR!
The key role of the Facilitator is to ensure the smooth running of the weekly team meetings so that 1) they stay on track with the agenda and 2) decision-making processes are appropriately structured.
