This is an approximately 4-week part-time programme ( 1 to 2 hrs/week) for people new to XR who don't have enough spare time to do the full Foundation Programme. It takes some basic elements of the full programme to give you an overview of who we are and how we work. Find where in XR you best ‘fit’ and get off to a flying start!

This programme will be useful for anyone starting out in XR (but you will benefit from taking some of the live trainings in the full-length version if you are interested in an organising role).

The next course will start on Mon 12th June 2023.
To APPLY click the button below. When you sign up, there are a couple of small things we will ask you to complete before the programme starts.

You don’t need any experience of XR, just a can-do attitude, a good internet connection and a minimum of 1.5 hours per week.

The programme consists of a mix of Zoom trainings, selected reading and e-learning

We're working to make XR UK a diverse and inclusive space and we welcome applications from everyone.

If you have more time to spare, our full Foundation Programme Full (7-8 hours/week) gives you a more thorough grounding, some useful skills and helps to find you a team and mentor.

Please add the email address xrfoundationprogramme@protonmail.com to your list of safe senders to ensure our emails don't end up as Spam.

Please note, we welcome applications from people under 18 but there are some age restrictions on a limited number of the comms tools used in XR
