The Foundation Programme is a collection of talks, trainings and check-ins to help guide people into XR and find where they best 'fit'.
Our priorities are to improve the experience of our students as well as to make sure that we are meeting the needs of the movement.
We are looking to expand our small friendly team with an entry-level role focusing on calling Foundation Programme students on the telephone. The role would suit someone organised who enjoys talking to people on the phone and could give a small amount of time each week to call people and attend meetings once a week.
We are rolling out a new direct link to our Course Schedule and want to contact students directly to offer them help and find out what the barries are to engaging with the Foundation Programme.
The Student Contact will work from a script and a list of students who have been identified as potentially needing support.
If you take on the student contact (telephone) role, you will have the opportunity to learn the Foundation Programme processes and develop into other roles within the team if you would like to.
