Systems & Cultures (S&C) is looking for a new Group Admin.

If you are new to this role, this is an opportunity to learn by shadowing or sharing the role with the current role holder. There will be training and a full handover.
This role can be shared by two people.
S&C Group Admin responsibilities include:
- Keeping information and records for the group up-to-date on the Hub
- Sharing and communicating important information to the team
- Adding new members to the group on the Hub, and ensuring everyone has access to the relevant documents and channels in S&C’s Mattermost Team, and that communications and records are as accessible and inclusive as possible for all team members
- Ensuring the team has a group agreement to maintain the security of the tools and platforms it uses.
- Generally supporting the Internal Coordinator with admin-side of things where support is needed
