Systems & Cultures (S&C) is looking for a new Group Admin.
If you are new to this role, this is an opportunity to learn by shadowing or sharing the role with the current role holder. There will be training and a full handover.
This role can be shared by two people.
S&C Group Admin tasks include:
- Keeping information and records for the group up-to-date on the Hub
- Sharing and communicating important information to the team
- Adding new members to the group on the Hub, and ensuring everyone has access to the relevant documents and channels in S&C’s Mattermost Team
- Generally supporting the Internal Coordinator with admin-side of things where support is needed

- training for the use of the platforms if needed

This role is a great way of getting to know and understand how different S&C’s teams work to support, develop and maintain XR’s culture and systems

Basic tech and administration skills; good communication and listening; working as a part of a team, supportive
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the communications platforms used by XRUK, general understanding of the work of Systems and Cultures circle
Accessibility considerations
Open to all, but meetings are on Zoom so a stable internet connection is needed. You will also need to communicate verbally and use a screen and keyboard.
