The Admin person's role is to maintain the effective management and record keeping of London Anchor Circle

Role description/accountabilities

  • Keeping data about the group up to date, including: records of team membership; appointments to roles (with their term); mandates of all roles and sub-circles within the team; group contact details; and any policies the team may create.
  • Collate requests for agenda items and collate agenda for Anchor circle meeting
  • Ensuring meetings have a facilitator and minute taker, and any decisions and action points are shared on an appropriate platform.
  • Assigning to other roles within the team — with team consent — group admin permissions to update the data mentioned above.
  • Adding new members to the communications platforms for this team
  • Integrating new members to London Anchor Circle
  • Being the first point of contact for London group coordinators
