This role is in the Fundraising team, and familiarity with how XR UK teams conduct meetings and their work would be helpful. The Group Admin role is a basic role within any team and is hugely important! The role has a standard mandate: Keeping all Hub data about the group up to date, including: records of team membership; appointments to roles (with their term); mandates of all roles and sub-circles within the team; group contact details; and any policies the team may create. Sharing records of any decisions that the team wants to refer to (which may include action points and future meeting times) on a platform that is accessible to all team members. [Note: the accountability for creating these records may be held by a different role.] Assigning to other roles within the team — with team consent — group admin permissions to update the data mentioned above. Adding new members to the communications platforms for this team e.g. the Hub, Mattermost, UK Forums, etc.
