Internal Coordinator for the Hive Purpose The team is healthy and achieving its mandate. Accountabilities • Stewarding the team’s immediate and longer-term priorities, and aligning its work with the XRUK movement strategy that the Hive has endorsed. • Proposing roles and projects that the team needs to fulfil its purpose and accountabilities. • Supporting the work of role-holders and subcircles, and reviewing their work at regular intervals. • Supporting the work of regions, nations and community groups while respecting autonomy and decentralisation. • Filling team roles without extended delay, or proposing they are dissolved if no longer needed. • Maintaining an awareness of the policies of the team and its subcircles. • Maintaining an awareness of what is happening in the wider organism. • Holding the Group Admin role whenever no-one else has been appointed. • Being accountable to the elected representatives of the regions, nations and community groups as well as the ECs of subcircles.
