Would you love motivating, mentoring and supporting people to find their perfect role within XR North? This essential role is not only about recruiting, but is also ensuring that every new potential volunteer finds their feet, feels valued, supported, and connected with our community, and knows what free training opportunities and resources are available to support them in their volunteering. As Integrator for the North region you will maintain oversight of the region, keep tabs on where new roles might need recruiting for, liaise with the media team to publicise this, update and respond to our page on the volunteer website, and answer emails from potential volunteers. You'll attend fortnightly Anchor circle Zoom meetings to update the rest of the North working group on integration and also find out where support is needed.
