As a Recruiter / Integrator for XRUK's Fundraising team, you’ll recruit and onboard new volunteers, ensuring they feel welcomed and connected. You’ll guide them to training and resources, helping them thrive and contribute to XRUK’s growth. What will you be doing? Key Responsibilities are: * Maintain oversight of unfilled roles within the Fundraising team. * Liaise with the Internal Coordinator of the team to publicise open roles and opportunities. * Post volunteer roles, update listings, and respond to applications on the XRUK Volunteer Website and Reach Volunteering. * Answer emails and queries from new volunteers. * Arrange online onboarding meetings with new volunteers, providing relevant links and connecting them with other members of the Fundraising team for next steps. * Keep records of applicants and their progress up to date. * Attend team meetings on Zoom when necessary, to provide updates on recruitment and integration efforts, and identify areas where additional support is needed.
