Are you friendly and enthusiastic and love to support new people to find their feet? Then this could be the role for you!
We are a welcoming team who help new joiners to get involved in XR. We run the 'Intro to XR' talk and the 'Get Involved' sessions and offer support and options to anyone who wants to explore how they can take action with us. We help keep up a flow of new ideas and energy which is vital work for XRUK!
The Internal Coordinator's [IC] purpose is to enure the team is healthy and achieving its mandate.
The role currently involves some coordinating of speakers (making sure there are people to cover talks), and could involve helping to deliver talks yourself if you are interested.
If you're unfamiliar with the IC role then the current role holder will fully support you as you learn what needs to be done and the role could be shared between two people.
