Systems & Cultures (S&C) is looking for a motivated team builder to step into the role of Internal Coordinator for the UK Justice Steering Group (JSG).
We are looking for someone with experience and contacts in activism with marginalised groups, with the motivation to bring justice work into XR, work which has recently lacked momentum due to lack of capacity.
We are looking for someone to build a team that is capable of bringing more diversity and intersectionality to XR and the wider climate activism.
There will be support to help get you set up and settled into your role — current members are dormant but could be drawn out of hibernation to help with recruitment and supporting new person in role.
This is an elected role, the election will be held in the Systems & Cultures Circle.

Essential Skills
Good organisational, planning and communication skills. Experience with justice work inside or outside of XR, team builder
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the communications platforms used by XRUK, general understanding of the work of Systems and Cultures circle, socialmedia and digital art skills.
Accessibility considerations
Meetings are on Zoom so a stable internet connection is needed. You will also need to communicate verbally and use a screen and keyboard or via assistive technology for online communications
