Imagine if we could raise tens of thousands of rebels to attend our next protest? That’s what XR Netherlands did: they blocked a major motorway for many days and demanded their government end fossil fuel subsidies, and it worked!
The simple act of picking up the phone is so powerful. It is authentic communication at its best, where two people engage in the most effective communication known to us: talking to each other. We might be welcoming a new joiner to the movement, or inviting rebels to an action, or helping them get involved in other ways.
You don’t need any special software to make calls, only a device with a browser (like a laptop) and your own phone. We offer full training and support, and run group phoning (phone-banking) sessions to share our experiences and get to know each other.
