Systems & Cultures (S&C) is looking for a consistent facilitator for our weekly meetings. If you are able to attend the weekly meetings (timings above) on time, have the relevant skills and are keen to support the team and learn more about the work of the groups helping to support, develop, grow and maintain the systems and cultures of XRUK, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

A facilitator will:

• use their skills and facilitation tools to ensure the meeting runs smoothly
• use the XRUK Facilitation process and invoke the appropriate process for decision making
• keep time to ensure the meeting doesn’t overrun unnecessarily
• be mindful of inclusivity and accessibility
• liaise with the IC about the running order of agenda items

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• trained in XRUK facilitation
• active listening and time keeping

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience with XR or with another organisation with similar objectives
• Experience in XRUK facilitation is desirable but not necessary, as training can be arranged

SUPPORT:

• XRUK Facilitation training can be arranged if necessary.
• You will be supported by the Internal Coordinator and Group Admin of the team in this role.
