| Meeting Time: | Availability on Tuesdays 6:30-9pm. The 'Welcome to XR' sessions are scheduled for 7-9pm; however, you'll need to be available 30 mins beforehand to check-in with the other speaker; and occasional team meetings Mondays 1-2pm |

| Meeting Schedule: | Presenting the 'Welcome to XR' sessions a minimum of once a month, preferably twice a month where possible. |
| Essential Skills: | A willingness to learn how to become an engaging speaker, you'll be an established XR rebel with experience in NVDA, and have a stable internet connection |
| Desired Skills: | Understanding of XR's DNA, Three Demands, 10 Principles & Values, NVDA, trainer/speaker skills, Zoom 'know-how' - creating Breakout Rooms, screen-sharing and monitoring Zoom chat. Training is available for all essential and desirable skills. |
| Accessibility considerations: | Open to all. Sessions are delivered on Zoom so a stable internet connection is needed. If you have accessibility requirements then the sessions can be co-delivered and the second speaker must be able to manage the Zoom tech requirements - creating Breakout Rooms, screen-sharing and monitoring and responding to the Zoom chat. |

We are a friendly and fun team, focussing on building clear pathways to involvement with Extinction Rebellion.
You will be one of a team of people providing the introductory 'Welcome to XR' sessions held every Tuesday evening 7-9pm for new members to learn more about what Extinction Rebellion is, what we do and how they can get involved. We also signpost the attendees to resources and training, and explain aspects of the XR UK Website.
We'll equip you with the resources and training you'll need in order to give these presentations, so that your passion for XR and experience of our movement can shine through!
