| Meeting Time: | Fortnightly on Wednesdays at 18:00 on Zoom for 1 hour, not essential but very welcome |

| Meeting Schedule: | We meet every 2 weeks however we have an optional support drop-in on the alternate Weds. |
| Essential Skills: | Communicative Reliable Proactive Comfortable working remotely across different IT platforms Liaising with groups across the North (online) Highly organised Networking |
| Desired Skills: | Experience within the world of journalism or media & messaging Willingness to undertake any necessary training |
| Accessibility considerations: | We will try to accommodate your needs. This role is remote and involves screen time and Zoom. Closed captions can be used. |

The role can be shared between two people, reducing the time commitment necessary.
The XR North is a friendly and organised team.
This is a key role within the XR North Comms team. The Press Liaison develops and nurtures press contacts in the North. No one knows what we're doing if we don't get the word out to the public!
