Essential Skills:Member of the LGBTQIA crew. Good organisational, planning and communication skills. Interest in direct action, civil disobedience and theories of change.
Desired Skills: Good knowledge of XR’s Self-Organising System, strategy skills
Accessibility considerations:Closed-captions will be enabled on zoom calls, role sharing is welcomed, we welcome disabled people to apply for the role. You would need to be able to use a computer/keyboards

Rainbow Rebellion is looking for an External Coordinator (EC)!

The role of External Coordinator is essentially one of communication, representing the team in the wider (parent) circle and other XR circles and movement-wide groups as necessary.

The EC ensures a two-way flow of information with other circles as a conduit for essential info to rainbow rebels, in particular as a link to the UK Justice Steering Group.

You would need to be able to use a computer/keyboard for communicating online (emails, message platforms and creating/sharing documents).

Training and support will be available.

Volunteer Living Expenses are available.

Job sharing is encouraged for this role.

The role suits someone who is familiar with different areas of the movement, is organised and a great communicator.
