We are looking for people to work with various UK teams to help them analyse their workload and increase capacity and resilience.

You would be a member of the Movement Pathway team, and you would also be seconded to other teams for a period where you would aim to learn:-

  • their work
  • what team members do
  • where the gaps in skills or capacity are and
  • how the work might break down to allow more new people to get involved.

You may then be asked to recruit, welcome and orientate new people for the team.

This role would suit someone with experience in team management, management consultancy or similar.

You will be a key member of the Movement Pathway group, a small but super-friendly team which focuses on building clear pathways to volunteer for Extinction Rebellion UK, National and Regional teams and resources for volunteers.

If you are interested, you could also get involved in developing new strategies for recruitment within XRUK
