|From home role with XR UK (UK Wide)
|Hours per week:

|Attend group meetings (at least sometimes), other hours are flexible
|Good communication skills, people skills, Interest in welcoming new people into the movement effectively.
|Experience in HR / recruitment / coaching / volunteer support
|Open to all, but meetings are on Zoom so a stable internet connection is needed. You will also need to communicate verbally and use a screen and keyboard.
This is a very satisfying role for someone who likes to see people flourish and fulfil their potential, as well as help give new lifeblood to volunteer groups. You will help recruit for new roles within various teams, and support new volunteers in becoming productive and happy members.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
SUPPORT: Training is available, and you will be working alongside someone also doing this role at the start. You will be part of the friendly Movement Pathway team.
You will need to agree to our Principles and Values, like any XRUK volunteer.

The Pathways circle (team) is a new, strategic team in XR UK’s Operations Circle (Ops) informing the movement how to maximise the number of people joining and moving into new roles. It is the parent circle for the following sub-circles (teams): Talks & Trainings, Movement Pathway, Rebel Ringers and Reactive.
