Meeting Schedule:Tuesday meeting and plus wfh
Essential Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support team members and foster collaboration. Experience in team coordination.

You will:

  • Keep and maintain database of existing relationships and who these are held with/by across XR UK with help of Circle members
  • Suggest roles and projects the team needs to fulfill its purpose.
  • Respond to requests from the team or super circles for relationship development updates.
  • Onboard, induct and orient new members into the team.
  • Catalyse relationship building across the movement and tracking these relationships in the database
  • Support any admin needed to be carried out for the circle
  • Ensure team members are flourishing and productive in all roles, and the team has team members to fill its roles and support its workload.
