This is an essential role, as no one knows what we're doing if we don't get the word out to the public! We have just 3 months to gather 100,000 people in Parliament! Have you been thinking for a while that you'd like to prioritise the climate emergency but were unsure where to start? This could be a perfect role for you! If you're reliable and proactive with an interest in outreach you're welcome to join our small team of volunteers across the North. Experience isn't necessary, training/buddying is available so that our social media posts are consistent, clear, concise and engaging. The more people we have for this role, the more manageable it is for individuals. You will need to be able to use our organising platform MatterMost to see what actions are coming up in the North and share the most relevant ones for that week (full training provided). Regular checking for comments and responses is useful too. If you'd like to help drive engagement in the North in this way, we'd love to hear from you! The time is now!
