The XRUK Social Media team manages the XRUK social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky and TikTok.
We are looking for SM content creators and strategists who can support the XRUK Social Media team as well as others including Digital Rebellion and campaign groups such as Deep Water and Dirty Water, with their actions and campaigns.
Your creative input will help shape the narrative on the climate and nature crises in new and inspiring ways. You will also play a key part in how we present ourselves to our wider Extinction Rebellion supporters, general public and donors.
We are looking for people who can help us with:
- content creation, including videos
- help build social media strategies
- schedule content
- engage with our followers in direct messages and comments
- stay up-to-date with up coming events, actions and rebellions
Hours can vary, from a couple of hours a week upwards; so as much time as you have would be extremely appreciated. You need to be reliable and communicative about your availability. If you're not confident with certain platforms we're happy to help support you, if you're happy to learn.
