In order to help rebels work together in a self-organising movement, we support them with a range of guides and resources. These include
- agreements and conventions on how we work together, distribute authority, make decisions and appoint people to roles
- advice and information on these new ways of work - including *Why* we're working differently (to embody our principles and value about decentralisation, autonomy and mitigating power) and *How* we work differently (transparency, integrative decision-making etc).
