Love & Rage is coming up! 12-14 September 2026 in London
Join the Love & Rage coordinators. We are a vibrant, determined, supportive and collaborative team dedicated to making actions accessible for everyone. Making our Actions inclusive to ALL Rebels is of key importance to us.
The Sound & Power team is a technically skilled and detail-oriented group dedicated to bringing the vibes to every action.
We're on the lookout for Sound & Power Coordinators to ensure every event sounds incredible and is accessible and engaging for all who take part.
The role can be shared between two people, reducing the time commitment necessary.
You will be responsible for providing mobile PAs, sound systems, pop-up stages, and solar-power set-ups, essentially managing all audio and power infrastructure from pre-production through to live delivery.
Tasks include:
- Planning and coordinating sound and power requirements for music, speakers, and community assemblies.
- Liaising with audio engineers, electricians, and technical crews to ensure seamless setup and operation.
- Conducting site assessments to evaluate power capacity and audio needs ahead of each event.
- Managing equipment sourcing, logistics, and inventory for sound and power assets.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and electrical regulations on site.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently during live events.
- Collaborating with the wider events production team to align technical delivery with creative vision.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with live sound systems, PA setups, and power distribution.
- A strong understanding of electrical safety standards and event compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure in live environments.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
- Relevant certifications in audio, electrical, or event production are a plus.
You'll play a critical behind-the-scenes role that puts every event in the spotlight. If you take pride in technical excellence, we want to hear from you.
