Systems & Cultures is looking for a new Internal Coordinator!

The purpose of the IC role is to ensure the team is healthy and support it to achieve its mandate.

The role will suit someone who is familiar with different areas of the movement, who is organised and a great communicator. We are committed to instilling a regenerative culture in our ways of working and encourge job sharing for this role.

S&C meets once a week on Wednesdays 10.00-12-00.

Accountabilities include:

• Stewarding the team’s immediate and longer-term priorities, and aligning its work with the broader circle’s plan.
• Proposing roles and projects that the team needs to fulfil its purpose and accountabilities.
• Supporting the work of role-holders and sub-circles, and reviewing their work at regular intervals.
• Filling team roles without extended delay, or proposing they are dissolved if no longer needed.
• Inviting people with relevant skills and abilities to join the team as required.
• Maintaining an awareness of the policies of the team and its broader circles.
• Maintaining an awareness of what is happening in the wider organism, and communicating regularly with the team’s External Coordinator.
• Holding the Group Admin role whenever no-one else has been appointed.

If there is more than one suitable applicant an election will be held on November 1. Applications will close the day before, on October 31.
