We use a powerful contacts system to hold details of our allies - individuals and organisations outside of XR with whom we collaborate or we would like to approach. You will be part of our CRM team within our Digital team. CRM = Customer Relationship Management, but for XR, we are seeking allies rather than customers.

  • The system has been configured to the needs of several XR teams.
  • We recently installed functionality to support our Dirty Water campaign, who want to extend our influence across the UK to lobby governments and target water polluters. Already the campaign has several hundred contacts and needs to maintain their details as well as to add more.
  • Whilst some documentation for the Dirty Water Campaign is nearing completion, other teams using the system are likely to seek better documentation. Those teams hold contact details of e.g. donors for fundraising and allies with similar objectives to XR. Our technical team also needs help as they explore the huge functionality available within the software product.
  • We must follow GDPR principles and keep our data secure.

Our user guides are one way to train and inform users, as well as by videos and on-line demos. You will work alongside our users, business analysts and technicians to understand the functions you will be describing.

Training in the system and in GDPR will be provided

Please include a CV with your application if you have one.
