Are you friendly and enthusiastic and love to support new people to find their feet? Then this could be the role for you!

We are a welcoming team who help new joiners to get involved in XR. We run the 'Intro to XR' talk and the 'Get Involved' sessions and offer support and options to anyone who wants to explore how they can take action with us. We help keep up a flow of new ideas and energy which is vital work for XRUK!

You will train in the role of 'Internal Coordinator' - the XR name for the person who stewards the team's priorities and strategy and makes sure team members are happy and flourishing.

The role will likely involve some coordinating of speakers (making sure there are people to cover talks), and could involve helping to deliver talks yourself if you are interested.

The current role holder will fully support you as you learn what needs to be done and the role could be shared between two people.
