We are a small, friendly and enthusiastic team coordinating the Foundation Programme. This course is designed to prepare new joiners to take on a role anywhere in XR (their local group, their region or a UK-wide team) and find the type of role that suits them best.
The role of the Internal Coordinator is to steward the team's immediate and longer-term priorities, and to align its work with the strategy of the parent circle - Movement Pathways.
The current IC is stepping down but will stay in the team to be shadowed and is happy to fully support the Trainee ICs.
