The Hub is an application developed by XRUK. It holds data about people in roles and their group members.
Mattermost is XR's communication platform.
Each Hub group's data should be kept up-to-date by its Group Admin, but many groups don't have anyone trained or with the time to do this.
Outside of delivering training, if you have the capacity, you may support other XR groups in keeping their Hub group information up-to-date.
