Self-Organizers is an autonomous circle working with XR and other activist groups to build a movement-of-movements. The focus of our work is internationalist, reaching out across the Global South, and North, in support of rebels everywhere, helping them to self-organize.
We are now looking for an administrator to work with our training lead in the delivery of our training programme. The role would suit someone who has office or administrative experience. A role description can be found in the mandate (purpose and accountabilities) below.
You do not need to be based in the UK and we encourage candidates from any country and of any nationality to apply.
Information about training sessions is announced broadly throughout the movement and partner movements, providing an easy and clearly sign-posted registration process for participants.
- Create XR branded marketing materials such as flyers and posters to advertise training sessions and training related services such as coaching.
- Disseminate flyers and posters through our communication channels on MatterMost and other relevant platforms (e.g. Coda website, social media, XR online, etc.)
- Set up and manage registration forms with due attention to GDPR in holding private participant data.
- Provide participants with information about their training session and access to any resources made available to them.
- Liaise with trainers/coaches on scheduling and resources required to deliver training sessions.
- Collecting feedbacks in order to improve training delivery and material.
Keeping a the circle calendar up to date with trainer's availability, training dates etc.
