Meeting Schedule:Weekly team meetings when necessary. Flexible hours outside of meetings.
Essential Skills:Attention to detail, good communication, unbiased and open-minded.
Desired Skills:Experience of triaging harmful behaviours
Accessibility considerations:Access to a computer required. You would need to be able to use a computer/keyboard and participate in Zoom meetings. Closed captions can be used during meetings.

The XRUK Rebel Support team protects rebels and teams from harmful behaviours.

Cases brought to the Rebel Support Circle are examined to decide whether they fit the criteria of the Process and handed to other teams if they don’t.

Accountabilities include:
  • Checking emails coming into Rebel Support and Harmful Behaviour account.
  • Initiating communication with the complainant.
  • Gathering enough information to make a decision on whether the case is appropriate for the Harmful Behaviour Process.
  • Checking if the complainant has some sort of evidence of Harmful Behaviour and contact details of interviewees.

When cases come in there are weekly meetings. We might have an intense period more than once a week when a case does come in as we are pressed to provide an outcome on time. So it is useful for applicants to have flexibility with their time as there may be quiet periods however we will need you to be 'on call'.
