Overview
This role is is for the Trilogy Campaign Phase 2 Weavers team Internal Coordinator (IC). Phase 1 of the Trilogy campaign ends in January 2026 when the weavers is dissolved; the Phase 2 IC is responsible for establishing and coordinating the Phase 2 Weavers team.
Phase 2 of the Campaign follows organically from Phase 1 and carries forward ongoing objectives, strategies and work in progress which are documented in the High Level Plan and other phase 1 documents and plans. The High Level Plan currently shows phase 2 activities happening in April 2026.
The Trilogy Phase 2 Weavers Circle will enable the collaboration between XRUK mandated circle to support all the anticipated functions required to deliver Phase 2; the Weavers Circle enables these circles to collaborate closely and in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to the basic Internal Coordinator responsibilities, this role is also considered to be the person bottom-lining the whole of Phase 2 and will be required to report to the Action Circle, as per the mandate. The role will also link to the Operations Circle, providing progress updates and requests for support.
Under the Weavers policy this role cannot be shared, however the TNBT Phase 1 Weavers Circle is mandated to set up shadows for all key roles, including IC. All applicants are expected to have read and understood the policy. A shadow role holder does not attend meetings but is there to step in as a deputy if required and to provide support and assistance to the primary role holder.
This role will be expected to recruit the other members of the Weavers team whilst there are vacancies. Meeting times: To be determined for Weavers circle, reports to Actions (Tue 3-4:30) and Ops (Mon 2:30-4:30 or Fri 12:30-1:30)

Purpose
Phase 2 of the Trilogy Campaign is bottom-lined and the team is healthy and achieving its mandateAccountabilities
- Stewarding the team’s immediate and longer-term priorities, and aligning its work with the Trilogy Campaign Strategy document.
- Filling team roles without extended delay, or proposing they are dissolved if no longer needed.
- Inviting relevant XRUK circles to provide link roles, as per the Weavers Mandate
- Taking the High Level Plan and updating it for Phase 2 of the Trilogy Campaign. Ensuring that the Plan is understood by the team, particularly where members have planned activities
- Monitoring the Plan and ensuring that activities are done on time and to quality. Taking issues that can’t be resolved in the team to the Action circle.
- Supporting the work of role-holders and reviewing their work at regular intervals.
- Inviting people with relevant skills and abilities to join the team as required.
- Communicating regularly with the Action Circle and Operations.
- Holding the Group Admin role whenever no-one else has been appointed.
