The role can be shared between a number of people, reducing the time commitment necessary.
We are looking for someone who can be trained to co-deliver healthy teams workshops throughout the movement.
Healthy Teams is a mandated circle that sits in the wider circle of Systems and Cultures.
The healthy team's workshop has been put together to support other teams, groups and circles within XR as they review the health of their circle.
We work with the Internal Coordinator and members of each circle to create a deeper connection with others in their team and look at how the way the team works and aligns with the Principles and Values of XR and its Self-Organising System.
We celebrate successes and give space for each team to look at solving tensions and strategising to minimise conflicts.
We have a script! And we can train you up. There is no deep end to be thrown into!
Depending on whether a workshop is being prepared and delivered or not, our time commitment is 1 or 2 hours a week.
