Various teams in XR run open zoom calls from time to time i.e. ones to which everyone is invited. For these meetings we always try to have technical support on hand to give everyone who attends a great experience.

The sort of things that may need doing are:

  • setting up zoom meetings correctly
  • monitoring the chat for any technical difficulties people might be having and helping sort them out
  • helping people to join break-out rooms, if they are used
  • (occasionally) livestreaming
  • creating break out rooms

This is a really rewarding role which only takes a couple of hours here and there, usually in the evening, and doesn't need any prior XR knowledge. Lots of trainng and support is available - we won't just drop you in the deep end!
