We are looking to link up people who have planned successful Actions with groups who want to do NVDA but don’t have that experience. Often this will be a Local Group but it could also be an XR Community Group.

Whether you’ve planned a single march, community gathering or spicy NVDA action, or planned many whole Rebellions this may be for you. All you need is that action planning experience, a little time and the confidence to help groups who want to take similar action to take that critical first step.

Actions are the life blood of XR, so this is vital work. You’ll have direct impact in helping people and groups take an important step on their activist journey, so it is very rewarding, and of course by helping them to do amazing things you meet awesome folk .

It also makes a huge difference for XR as to how much impact we have as a movement and directly supports booth the Next Big Thing we do, growing the movement and the Action Strategy which is to pull off lots of actions at a local and regional level, inspire people to join us everywhere and build up our strength to make the next big mass action even bigger.

As the UK Action Planners team we are made up of reps for all the Action planners across XRUK - Regions, Nations, Community Groups & big campaigns like Dirty Water and Cut the Ties. We already support as many groups in taking all sorts of action as we can and with your help we look forward to empowering a few more.
