CRM Lead The role can be shared between two people, reducing the time commitment necessary.
Allies is a new team that sits in Operations. We are recruiting for role holders and team members. Allies build relationships with other groups outside of XR. Currently Allies has an Internal Coordinator (IC) so this is an exciting opportunity to help grow the team and continue building on the excellent work developed by the previous Relationships team .
The CRM Lead will be responsible for updating and maintaining the Allies contacts on our ERPNext CRM system, including:
Data entry: adding and changing our contacts. If needed, support and training are available from our CRM Development team and in data protection regulations.
- You need to follow data protection rules when communicating.
- You will share the tasks with others.
- Most tasks can be completed in your own time.
Your time and skills will help us maintain our CRM and keep records up-to-date, including:
- Organisations with similar objectives with whom we collaborate in our actions and campaigns.
- Experience in Data Management, e.g. audit of data, data cleaning, duplicate management, missing data management.
- Experience in a contacts system
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance
- Reliabilty
- Work unsupervised but seek help as needed
