XR's UK Digital team supports a self-hosted Customer Relationship Management system supplied by the free version of ERPNext using open source.

We have implemented a system holding contact data for 3 XRUK teams :

  • Relationships - collaborating with several hundred other organisations with a concern for climate change
  • Programming - speakers and performers at XR events
  • Fundraising - major donors and potential donors
    These and other teams are requesting more functionality, all of which needs feasibility of their requirements to be agreed followed by by further development. We need to prioritise these requests against each other and XR's strategy. This is the role of a CRM Product Owner who acts as a gatekeeper for all product changes.
    Full training will be provided.
    This role can be shared.
    If you are unfamiliar with XR, you may be asked to join our Explore XR programme to understand our objectives, principles and values and ways of working. It is mainly self learning in your own time and with no fixed completion date.

Accountabilities: Providing digital support and documentation for XR individuals and groups Learning about digital needs, problems, and current solutions throughout XR Creating and maintain infrastructure for public-facing online platforms Providing advice and assistance on digital security and legal issues Setting up, maintaining and supporting digital communication platforms to fill needs within XR, in accordance with digital strategy and culture Domains: XR UK GDPR and Privacy Policy XR UK Digital Strategy Security, access, and password management of the social media accounts and Action Network Database
