Our team provides resources, coaching and training in the SOS, and aims to solve problems in structure and decision-making as they arise in XR UK and beyond. We've got roles, come talk to us! * starter role, for new team members to learn the basics * trainers, to train people across XR UK in how to use the SOS and therefore work better * coaches to help address issues when they arise in teams * resource creators, for accessible resources to help with people's learning * facilitators to help meetings run better * admin and promotion ... and more!

UK Self-Organising System

Location: XR UK (UK Wide)

Our aim is to establish clear, functional, and transparent self-organisation throughout XR UK, which inspires, equips, and supports people to work effectively together in a decentralised way, whilst also maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships and accountable use of power. In order to do that, we provide training and coaching to individuals and teams in XR UK and take feedback on a regular basis to improve the ways we self-organise.
