About the User Interface and Experience Developer role
We are thoroughly updating our online learning platform, Rebellion Academy, and adapting it to the current needs. The purpose of the User Interface and Experience Developer role is to ensure that training content is displayed clearly, accessibly, and consistently with XR UK’s design guidance, creating a smooth and engaging experience for learners.
- Researching and proposing improvements to the look, feel, and navigation of online trainings, based on user feedback and good design practice.
- Exploring and testing what design and interface changes are possible and sustainable within Moodle (the Learning Management System)
- Collaborating with the Trainings team to prioritise and implement changes that enhance usability and consistency.
- Working with the Server Admin to make sure the platform performs well and remains stable after any updates.
